Move-Out FAQs

Building B, 1221 SW 2nd Ave., will move out on 8/2. Building A, 1231 SW 3rd Ave., will move out on 8/4. All residents moving out should turn in keys – with a key return form – by 12 p.m. on their respective move-out day. You can also move out any time before then during normal office hours: Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

If you’re no longer in town, make sure to mail in your keys, with a key return form, before the dates and time stated above. To get a copy of the form, call our office at (352) 372-3557.

We’ll have two dumpsters for trash on-site before the move-out day. One will be located on SW 2nd Avenue and another on SW 4th Avenue.

Make sure to wipe down appliances, such as the inside of the fridge, stovetop, oven, etc. You should also wipe down common areas like the bathrooms. DO NOT leave any trash behind. Apartments with trash left behind will be charged $25 per bag collected.

If you want to make sure no USPS package gets sent to The Courtyards after moving out, make sure to change your address with the US Postal Service at USPS.com/move.
